X-Plane 11.30+ Arado-234B "Blitz" 1.0. The Arado Ar 234 Blitz was the world's first operational jet-powered bomber, built by the German Arado company in the closing stages of World War II. Produced in limited numbers, it was used almost entirely in the reconnaissance role, but in its few uses as a bomber it proved to be nearly impossible to intercept. Two versions are presented in this package, one without JATO and one equipped with JATO. Credit goes to Beber for the use of his pilot. By Philippe Gastebois.

X-Plane 11.35+ Miles M.39B Libellula 1.0. The M.39B Libellula was a Second World War tandem wing experimental aircraft built by Miles Aircraft, designed to give the pilot the best view possible for landing on aircraft carriers. A scale version of the M.39 design was proposed by Miles to meet Air Ministry specification B.11/41 for a fast bomber. To prove the concept Miles designed and built a 5/8th scale version, the M.39B, which flew on 22 July 1943, showing no "undesirable handling" characteristics. It coincided with interest by the authorities in unorthodox designs for large aircraft. The rear wing was higher than the forward one to avoid downwash and give ground clearance for the propellers. The M39 design had inboard flaps and outboard ailerons on the rear wing and the front wing had an auxiliary aerofoil/flap/elevator device, which could vary the wing area without changing lift coefficient. Documentation included in the package. By Billy Bargagliotti.

X-Plane 11 V1 For AI 1.0. This is a very basic model of the WWII flying bomb (also known to the Allies as the buzz bomb, or doodlebug, and in Germany as Kirschkern or Maikafer) for use as target practice. As a fairly small aircraft, you are unlikely to see much detail of the V-1 anyway when you are "dealing with it". It's GPL licensed, so feel free to personalise/improve/modify/redistribute as you wish. By John Bray.

X-Plane 11 Avro Anson Mk X 1.0.1. This is Jacques Brault's X-Plane 8 and 9 Avro Anson Mk X, converted for X-Plane 11. The Avro Anson was a British twin-engine, multi-role aircraft that served with the Royal Air Force, Fleet Air Arm and numerous other air forces during the Second World War and afterwards. X-Plane 11 is configured by default for 3D cockpit view, so to use this aircraft you must choose to do one of two things: After loading the aircraft, select 'Option-w' on MacOS for 2D or 'Alt-w' on WinOS for the 2D instrument panel. Custom instruments by Ho-Hun, pilot figures by Scooter and sound files by Dataroots. Thank you to Jacques Brault for creating this aircraft for X-Plane . By Sean McLeod (Aerostarsim).

X-Plane 'Duggy' Douglas C-47/DC-3 1.0. This is a 'Duggy' livery for the Douglas C47/DC3 by Aeroworx (both X-Plane 10 and 11 variants). Duggy is a 1942 C-47/DC-3 that originally served in the Pacific Wing during World War II, flew for Wein Air Service in Alaska after the war, and finished its working role in government service flying for the Canadian Department of Transportation through the 1970s. Now N1XP wears bright yellow paint and is charged with putting a friendly face on aviation for the children who see it at airshows and fly-ins across the country. X-Plane 11.40+ Hawker P.1005 1.0. The Hawker P1005 was planned to be built at the same time as its competitor, the De Haviland D.68 Mosquito was being evaluated. However, the Napier engines were not delivered on time, so the P.1005 project was cancelled, with no models, and no wind tunnel tests performed. The project only reached the blueprint stage. X-Plane 11.30+ Messerschmitt Me 262 A-1 1.0.1. Messerschmitt Me 262, nicknamed Schwalbe (German: "Swallow") in fighter versions, or Sturmvogel (German: "Storm Bird") in fighter-bomber versions, was the world's first operational jet-powered fighter aircraft. Design work started before World War II began, but problems with engines, metallurgy and top-level interference kept the aircraft from operational status with the Luftwaffe until mid-1944. The Me 262 was faster and more heavily armed than any Allied fighter, including the British jet-powered Gloster Meteor. Me 262 pilots claimed a total of 542 Allied aircraft shot down, although higher claims are sometimes made. This X-Plane model features a fictional livery. Cockpit functions still require work, but the rest of the plane is nicely done. Please see the included Readme file for more information on this model. November 2019 update: a few new objects added to the cockpit. By Stephane Toledo.

X-Plane 11.30+ Vickers Wellington 1A 2.0. This is the final build of the Wellington. A lot in it (probably well over 300 hours of work) so a large download. Collaborating with DomHenry we have produced something that we might almost have offered as payware. This has a full 3D cockpit and detailed internal structure including geodetic framework. If you peer in through the port side window you will also find a map on the navigators table and a radio in the wireless op's position. You have the opportunity to set up engine out scenarios, so why practice on a light twin when you can practice multi-engine skills on a WW2 bomber. Full pilots notes are included as a PDF. Dom has also set up and tested this for AI environments, so why not fly a whole squadron? Probably the closest you will get flying a RAF WW2 bomber, complete with 4,000lb bomb load and operating guns. Don't forget to read the pilots notes. As far as possible the operating parameters have been set to align with real data that we have found. For ease of cockpit use we have implemented certain "upgrades", very similar to those in Vickers built on civilian transports. By Ray Hill and Dom Henry.

X-Plane 11.35+ Grumman F8F-1 Bearcat 1.0.1. The Grumman F8F-1 Bearcat is a single engine carrier based fighter designed at the end of 1943. 1436 aircraft, including prototypes, were built. After the WW2, the French Air Force received 200 Bearcats to be used during the Indochina War. The one presented here is an aircraft of the Groupe de Chasse GC2/21 based at Than Son Nut in 1954. It took part in operations over Rien Bien Phu. Credit goes to Beber for the use of his pilots. By Philippe Gastebois.

X-Plane 11.40+ Brunelli B-1000 Lifting Body Bomber 3.0. The Brunelli B1000 was a proposed 1942 long range, heavy payload bomber by Canada Car and Foundry. The project never materialised and remained a "paper project". To be flown with experimental flight model 'ON' in X-Plane Version 11.40. Documentation included in the package. By Billy Bargagliotti.

X-Plane 11 Vought F4U-1 Corsair 2.0. The Vought F4U Corsair is an American fighter aircraft that saw service primarily in World War II and the Korean War. The Corsair was designed and operated as a carrier-based aircraft, and entered service in large numbers with the U.S. Navy in late 1944 and early 1945. It quickly became one of the most capable carrier-based fighter-bombers of World War II. From the first prototype delivery to the U.S. Navy in 1940, to final delivery in 1953 to the French, 12,571 F4U Corsairs were manufactured in 16 separate models. Its 1942-53 production run was the longest of any U.S. piston-engined fighter. By Stephane Toledo.
