Update regarding my hand, So after visiting the hospital today ive been told I must wear a sling and a cast for two more weeks as my hand has not healed as quickly as expected after my operation. So as a result wizzsim will be updated slowly and as much as I can while my hand heals and I will again provide another update 2 weeks from today. Regards Matt.
FS98 L1011-100 Stargazer Without Payload. 1994 modification of a 1974 Tristar L-1011-100, as mothership for Pegasus XL satellite launch vehicles for Orbital Sciences (now part of Northrop Grummann). This model does not carry the Pegasus XL Booster, and is based on original 2/99 AFX by Eric Nabstedt, re-worked with 12-sided fuselage, engines, and wheels, as well as new wheeldoors, wheelwells, gear and flap animation. The Stargazer is powered by three Rools Royce RB211-22 turbofans with 42000 flb thrust each, giving the aircraft a maximum cruise speed of 520 kt.
