The package also features seven fine repaints by different authors, among them the one used by Amelia Earheart on her last flight in 1937 and the one that appeared in the famous movie "Casablanca" featuring Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman. All credits go to the original designers of the model Arik Hohmeyer and Team "FS-Design Berlin", the authors of the additional repaints and to Peter Mercy for his 2017 update. FSX/P3D v3 Convair B-58 Hustler Updated. The Convair B58 Hustler was the first operational jet bomber capable of Mach 2 flight. The aircraft was developed for the United States Air Force for service in the Strategic Air Command (SAC) during the 1960s. It used a delta wing, which was also employed by Convair fighters such as the F-102, with four General Electric J79 engines in underwing pods. It carried five nuclear weapons, four on pylons under the wings, and one nuclear weapon and fuel in a combination bomb/fuel pod under the fuselage, rather than in an internal bomb bay. Replacing the Boeing B-47 Stratojet medium bomber, it was originally intended to fly at high altitudes and supersonic speeds to avoid Soviet fighters. The B-58 was notorious for its sonic boom, which was often heard by the public as it passed overhead in supersonic flight. The package is an FSX/P3D v3 update of my previous update, now including the original livery and two new camo repaints. VC and 2D panel are now equipped with new (more authentic) gauges with GPS, radios and radar in the popup windows. Automatic smoke and afterburner added. Thanks to Massimo Altieri for the original model and to Philippe Wallaert for some of the gauges as well as to the unknown designers of the other gauges used with this update. Also thanks to Erwin Welker for the 2D panel design. Panel updates, smoke and afterburner configuration as well as new camo repaints by Michael Pook.
FSX/P3D v3 Dornier Wal Updated With New Panels. The Dornier Do J Wal ("whale") was a twin-engine German flying boat of the 1920s designed by Dornier Flugzeugwerke In the military version (Militarwal in German), a crew of two to four rode in an open cockpit near the nose of the hull. Several countries, notably Italy, Norway, Portugal, Uruguay and Germany, employed the Wal for military tasks. The civil version had a cabin in the nose, offering space for up to 12 passengers, while the open cockpit was moved further aft. Main users of this version were Germany, Italy, Brazil and Colombia. The Norwegian polar explorer Roald Amundsen used two Dornier seaplanes in his unsuccessful attempt to reach the North Pole in 1925. His two aircraft, N-24 and N-25, landed at 87° 44' north. It was the northernmost latitude reached by any aircraft up to that time. This is an FSX update for the FS2002 model of the Wal, posted by the "Freeware Project Dornier Whale" in 2003. It features three closed cabin models and one open cabin model in four different liveries. The focus of this update lies on completely reworked VCs and new 2D panels, giving the cockpits a much more realistic appearence. Included are three different panels (two for the closed cabin model and one for the open cabin) with now all German authentic gauges of the 1920s. Thanks to Michael Garbers, Wolfram Beckert, Uwe Hochmuth and Markus Senkbeil for the original models, reworked VCs and new 2D panels by Michael Pook.
FSX/P3D v3 Fairey Fantome Updated. The Fairey Fantome, also known as the Fairey Feroce, was a British fighter prototype of the mid-1930s. The prototype was designed and built by Fairey Aviation and three production aircraft were assembled in Belgium by Avions Fairey. The Fantome was designed in 1934 by Marcel Lobelle to meet a specification drawn up on behalf of the Belgian Aeronautique Militaire who were to hold an international competition to find a replacement for the Fairey Firefly II. This is an update for A.F. Scrub's model, now with entirely new VC and 2D panel. It features three outstanding new repaints designed by Andre Ludick as well as the original livery enhanced by Andre Ludick also. Thanks to A.F. Scrub for the original model and particularly to Andre Ludick for these beautiful repaints. New panel designs and gauge configuration by Michael Pook.

Nuernberg was a modernized vessel (with 3three instead of two props) of the quite similar but improved Leipzig-class, went in service 1935. Active also in the Spanish Civil War, against Poland and in Norway. She survided the Great War and became the russian Admiral Makarov.
